2. Prices
All prices are listed in one of the following local currencies: Swedish kronor (SEK), EUR, DKK, NOK, PLN, and CZK, and include VAT where applicable within the EU.
For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities in the destination country and are beyond STUCKIES®’ control. The customer is responsible for any additional customs clearance fees.
3. Order processing and delivery
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- EU countries: 3–7 business days
- Non-EU countries: 5–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and potential customs processing.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
4. Shipping methods
We ship orders using PostNord Sverige AB, DHL, and Early Bird.
Delivery options
Secure delivery: DHL ServicePoint. Your order is delivered to your nearest DHL Service Point. You will receive tracking details and a notification when the parcel is ready for collection. Valid ID is required.
Standard delivery: PostNord or Early Bird delivery to mailbox. These options do not require a signature.
Please note that standard delivery is chosen at the customer’s own risk. STUCKIES® cannot compensate for lost packages delivered without signature.
5. Order cancellation
Order cancellation is possible within 10 minutes of placing an order. We will do our best to stop the shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation of order number X” and specify whether you wish to cancel the entire order or selected items.
6. Claims and complaints
If a product is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
7. Returns and exchanges
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order. Returned items must be unused and in original condition, including packaging and tags.
Customers within the EU/EEA have the right to return products in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
For customers outside the EU/EEA, the return policy applies only to items purchased at regular price. Discounted items or products purchased as part of promotions or bundles are not eligible for return unless otherwise agreed.

We offer secure payment methods through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Swish via Quickpay.
Our website is powered by Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Payment information is handled securely in accordance with industry standards.
All payments are processed in SEK. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.
