Socks
Do they work?
Generally, the socks stay on very well, but every child or baby is different when it comes to sizing. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that they will work as effectively as they did for the person who recommended them to you. For a clearer picture, please check the reviews on each product.
How does the skin react to the silicone dots?
IMPORTANT! A baby's skin is sensitive and thinner than an adult's, making it more prone to friction, heat, and pressure. We have received reports that some children have experienced skin reactions from direct contact with the silicone in our socks.
We recommend wearing socks over pants to reduce direct skin contact with the silicone dots.
However, it's important to note that the silicone we use is 100% medical-grade silicone. We have conducted tests on the silicone to confirm its medical classification, meaning it's intended for medical purposes. It's biocompatible, which means it's safe for skin contact, allergen-friendly, and free from harmful substances. Silicone is commonly used in various medical applications, such as promoting scar healing.
Are the socks tight?
Our socks are not designed to stay on by being tight but rather through our unique technology—silicone dots on the inside of the cuff combined with elastics. However, we are aware that the current fit is too tight for some children.
We are actively working on adjusting the measurements to create a fit that works for everyone, but we’re not there yet. Because we are continuously refining the fit, there may also be slight variations between batches.
It is not our intention for the socks to feel too tight, but we acknowledge that this is currently an issue for some. We appreciate your patience as we work towards the best possible fit!
My child got blisters - why?
We are sorry to hear that your child has experienced a skin reaction/blisters. The silicone grips are made of 100% medical-grade silicone, a material commonly used in healthcare. Test results confirm that the silicone used is pure medical-grade silicone. Silicone itself is gentle, and it is very rare to develop an allergy to it. However, blisters may occur due to friction against the skin in combination with heat, moisture, or similar factors.
Additionally, other factors may play a role, such as the use of certain skin creams, specific laundry detergents that may leave a residue on the silicone grips, or soaps used when washing the child that could cause irritation in contact with the silicone. There can be multiple reasons for this reaction, and we do not have a definitive answer as to why your child has developed blisters from the silicone grips.
If you have any concerns, we strongly recommend seeking medical advice for further guidance. In the meantime, we advise avoiding the use of the socks if blisters or skin irritation have occurred to allow the skin to breathe and heal.
Is it the anti-slip feature that makes the socks unique?
No, the anti-slip feature is quite common, so that is not what makes them unique. What sets them apart is the technology that ensures they stay on, including silicone dots on the inside of the shaft and two elastic bands in the middle of the shaft, as well as around the center of the foot. The anti-slip feature is more of a bonus.
Do the feet get cold due to the anti-slip on the sole?
We've heard people claim it, but we've also read that some consider it a myth. We haven't found any research that demonstrates that anti-slip causes coldness. Therefore, we leave the question unanswered.
If you have concerns about ensuring warmth for your children's feet, we recommend considering our wool socks, which contain an impressively high 80% wool content. These socks are specifically designed to regulate body temperature, effectively warming your child when it's cold and vice versa.

Swimwear
Should my child wear sunscreen if he/she is already wearing UV-protective clothing?
Yes, wearing sunscreen under UV-protective clothing is still recommended. While these clothes provide excellent protection, sunscreen adds an extra layer of defense, especially in areas not fully covered by the clothing or where fabric might stretch or move, potentially exposing the skin to UV rays. It's a great double protection strategy for your child’s skin.
Is the swimwear fabric sensitive?
Yes, the polyester birdseye mesh is delicate and can get snagged if it catches on something. The fabric may stretch if the clothing is too tight.

Bibs
How absorbent are the bibs?
Based on customer reviews, our bibs keep the child dry for longer than any other bibs on the market. If the bib isn't snug around the neck, there's room for the drool to leak over the edge, seeping down the back of the bib and potentially making the child wet. Therefore, it's crucial to ensure a good fit for the bib to function properly.
