STUCKIES AB with organizational number 559204-4803 is handling purchases taking place on Stuckies.se. For information regarding how your personal data is handled - please refer to the regulations about GDPR paragraph 11. VAT number: 559204480301.

All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT in EU. The total cost of the purchase will be clearly stated before final order placement and includes all costs associated with the purchase including any shipping costs. Please note that additional costs (customs duties) may apply that we do not account for such as any possible costs/taxes that might occur when you pick up your package in your local country.

Usually the item is shipped from us no later than 1 business day after the order has been received. If your product is not in stock despite placing your order we will notify you promptly about it via the email that you registered your order with.

Within Sweden: 1-4 business days
International delivery: 2-10 business days.

Shipping costs:
Sweden: 39 SEK - 54 SEK (Free shipping from 300 SEK).
Europe: 99 SEK (Free shipping from 1000 SEK).
International: 149 SEK (Free shipping over 1000 SEK).

We ship your goods with PostNord Sverige AB and Early Bird.

Costs associated with shipping are stated in connection with the purchase.

Delivery Options

Secure Delivery: PostNord MyPack Home Small - Our recommended option for enhanced package security. Your package will require a signature upon delivery, ensuring a reliable and secure experience.

Standard Delivery: Postnord Fast delivery to mailbox or Early Bird - Enjoy the convenience of having your package delivered directly to your mailbox. Please note that these options does not require a signature upon delivery. Download the Postnord App to check the estimated time of delivery to your mailbox.

NOTE! Standard Delivery is at your own risk, and we do not compensate for lost packages.

If you wish to cancel an item, you must do so within 10 minutes of ordering. We will do our best to cancel your order in time, but we cannot guarantee it will be stopped before shipment.

To cancel your order, e-mail us with the following:

Subject: Cancellation of order number X

Write why you would like to cancel and tell us if you want to cancel your full order or only some product/products.

If there is an error on STUCKIES®, you should, within a reasonable time after you discover it, notify us (by e-mail) of the error. We will then inform you on how to proceed. 

At stuckies.se, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy starting from the day you receive your item. Please note that this only applies to purchases at regular price and does not cover products on sale or special offers. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition with all labels, tags, and packaging intact.

If you would like to exchange your product for a different one, you must first return the original item and then place a new order for the desired product.

You will get assisted by the STUCKIES® team to process the return.

In the case of international deliveries, local customs duties and taxes may apply. These are only determined when the parcel arrives at local customs in the country to which the parcel was sent. STUCKIES® cannot predict or control these fees. It is the customer's responsibility to pay extra customs clearance fees if/when they apply.

We offer secure payment options through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Swish via Quickpay.

Quickpay (Swish Payments): For Swish transactions, we use Quickpay as a payment gateway. Quickpay is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, ensuring that your payment details are processed securely. (quickpay.net)

All transactions are securely processed, and payment information is handled according to the highest security standards. Payments are made in SEK (Swedish Krona), and any currency conversion fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
